SES (Security Equipment Supply) — provider of reliable security, fire, access, video and low-voltage distributor solutions — asked Integrity to help extend its branch experience with a best-in-class e-commerce solution that has the flexibility to evolve over time as well as increase fundamental performance measures.

As part of a multiphased custom application, Integrity’s web development team was charged with building a middleware that would simplify the process of integrating SES’s ERP and e-commerce platform.

Pain points

Due to the size and complexity of the e-commerce initiative, SES needed to invest in a solution that provided the flexibility to decouple its existing ERP and e-commerce platform (or vice versa) without disrupting either should they decide to sunset or change providers.
