One On One Senior Solutions, the leading senior housing sales consulting company, approached Integrity to help bring its unique, proven sales methodology, Prospect-Centered Selling, online through a custom and scalable CRM web product.

As experts in the field, One On One knew the only CRM systems available to retirement communities were cumbersome, antiquated and not aligned with the needs and thoughts of the consumer. They wanted a robust system that leveraged One On One's patented process for understanding and supporting a customer's unique journey and make it simple and intuitive enough for any counselor to use.
