For the second year in a row, IntegrityXD has been named one of the fastest-growing companies in the region. Last year, we came in at No. 2. This year’s ranking will be announced live at the Business Journal’s Fast 50 event on September 24.
Two ways Integrity is growing
Over the past several years, we’ve been deliberate about building Integrity in two ways: growing the business organically and expanding through thoughtful acquisitions.
That second path is why we created Silver Tsunami Holdings, our M&A arm focused on giving agency and business owners a better kind of exit.
The idea is simple: a founder should be able to step away without watching everything they built disappear. Their team should have a strong place to go. Their clients should gain capabilities rather than lose continuity. And the business itself should have an opportunity to become stronger as part of something larger.
We’re looking for strong businesses, strong teams, and strong products that become more valuable when we bring them together.
Being named to the Fast 50 two years in a row is one signal that our model is working.
