IntegrityXD ranked No. 2 on the St. Louis Business Journal’s 2026 Fast 50, the annual list of the region’s fastest-growing private companies, with 229.3% revenue growth.
The Fast 50 recognizes privately held St. Louis-area companies with at least $1 million in 2025 revenue and year-over-year revenue gains from 2023 to 2024 and from 2024 to 2025. This year’s 50 honorees brought in a combined $8.4 billion in revenue and employ more than 22,000 people.
Integrity was founded in 2001, so this growth isn’t the early spike of a young company. It comes from 25 years of client relationships and a deliberate decision to rebuild how we lead and what we offer.
What drove the growth
The biggest factor was investing in leadership. Over the past few years we built a full C-suite, with dedicated leaders for delivery, creative, technology, finance and client experience working alongside our partners.

What comes next
Technology is changing every part of how our clients operate, and AI is at the center of it. It’s reshaping automation, cybersecurity and web development, and it’s changing how people find businesses online. Search is shifting from traditional SEO toward generative engine optimization (GEO), where brands need to show up in AI-generated answers, not just a list of links.
We’re also growing through acquisition. Many marketing technology service firms are led by founders who are ready to retire but have no succession plan. Through Silver Tsunami Holdings, Integrity identifies those firms and gives their clients, employees and work a place to continue.
