Erin Sucher-O'Grady

Erin runs experience at Integrity. She owns how clients experience working with us and how the team experiences working here, on the theory that you cannot deliver excellence on the first without getting the second right.

Day to day, that means business development, organizational strategy, and the integration work that follows an acquisition. She leads the same function for Silver Tsunami Holdings and XD Holdings, Integrity’s mergers and ventures divisions. She also drives Integrity’s AI work from the change management side, helping organizations decide what to automate, what to leave alone, and how to bring people along instead of around.

Erin holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Strategic Communication from the University of Missouri and a Master’s in American Culture Studies from Washington University in St. Louis, where she is a Koch Center Fellow and Forté Fellow completing her MBA at the Olin Business School. Her fellowship work at WashU is focused on mergers and acquisitions. She was named to the St. Louis Business Journal’s 30 Under 30 and speaks regularly on AI adoption and organizational change.

Outside work, Erin is probably moving — running, hiking, or biking. If she’s not, she’s likely got her nose in a new favorite nonfiction book.
