Marrying existing partners and platforms, Integrity was charged with formulating an approach that would help Re-Bath:
- Establish brand differentiation within competitors
- Ensure the site is user-friendly and able to deliver large amounts of frequently changing information
- Allow users to submit a form to request an appointment and dynamically pass those inquiries into the current Salesforce CRM
- Improve its search engine optimization
Integrity worked with Re-Bath’s corporate marketing team and franchise owners to develop a redesigned website that included information architecture with content that is more meaningful, a user experience that is more modern and consistent as well as a CMS that is easier to manage.
