Over the last 40 years, Re-Bath has become a leader in bathroom remodeling solutions. Their products are higher quality, lower cost and easier to install and maintain than traditional remodeling materials. As part of a long term strategic growth plan, Re-Bath came to Integrity to help modernize their digital ecosystem.

Pain points

The home remodeling market is awash with national and regional brands selling their goods and services. Projects are stressful and choosing the best resources can be difficult. Re-Bath believed that by changing how they positioned the brand, they could better communicate their design capabilities, service offerings, project process and products more effectively.

Marrying existing partners and platforms, Integrity was charged with formulating an approach that would help Re-Bath:

  • Establish brand differentiation within competitors
  • Ensure the site is user-friendly and able to deliver large amounts of frequently changing information
  • Allow users to submit a form to request an appointment and dynamically pass those inquiries into the current Salesforce CRM
  • Improve its search engine optimization 

Integrity worked with Re-Bath’s corporate marketing team and franchise owners to develop a redesigned website that included information architecture with content that is more meaningful, a user experience that is more modern and consistent as well as a CMS that is easier to manage.
