For nearly 60 years, Imo’s Pizza has been a fixture in the St. Louis community. Starting in the early 1960s at a small single location and growing to over 100 locations across the Midwest, Imo’s invented a style of pizza that the industry has not been able to replicate.


As Imo’s started planning for a future regional and national expansion, they turned to Integrity to help prepare a brand strategy and innovation roadmap that would strengthen their existing franchise footprint and set them up for long-term scalable growth.

Pain points

Since its inception, slow and steady growth has been an invisible ingredient that has made Imo’s so successful. As it formulated new goals and objectives, it needed an outside eye to help assess the brand as well as advise and recommend strategies to prepare for what was ahead.

Integrity conducted audits and a feasibility analysis to assess the current state of key components of Imo’s marketing, operational and technical infrastructure. Our teams also completed due diligence on everything from media, advertising, branding, social media and digital marketing to e-commerce and point-of-sale systems. 


In the end, Integrity put forth a set of recommendations that addressed implementation of best practices, reframing brand messaging, modernizing technical infrastructure and introducing new platforms that could drive sales and further market differentiation.
