LPL Financial, the nation’s largest network of independent financial advisors with over $684B in brokerage assets, partnered with Integrity to craft a global marketing strategy to roll out an online advisement platform to their markets, client base and financial advisors.

Pain points

LPL Financial wanted to introduce an online advisement platform to their existing customers as a mechanism for supporting customer self-service demands as well as to target the millennial demographic.

LPL Financial wanted to introduce an online advisement platform to their existing customers as a mechanism for supporting customer self-service demands as well as to target the millennial demographic.

Working in coordination with LPL Financial corporate marketing team, along with a leading robo-advisement platform, Integrity helped craft the core strategy and assets required to introduce the product's service to all 17,000 financial advisors. Final deliverables included global rollout strategy, use cases, messaging strategy, positioning, talking points, SEO guide and all related graphical assets.
