Founder and CEO John Simanowitz feels it's critical for every member of the team to share this belief — and to understand the nuances of the culture that has fueled Integrity's success and growth over the last 15 years. When Simanowitz founded the company, Integrity was just a few people strong. It was easy for him to develop a culture of passion and alignment.
As Integrity grew, he struggled to scale that vision.

"If you fully understand the company culture," Simanowitz says, "you're going to have the context for solid decision making and sense problems before you can see them. Every member of the team is empowered and expected to personally advocate for Integrity at every level."
