Retail Marketing Lead Jamal McLaughlin and Senior Program Manager Kim House traveled to the Carpet Weaver’s headquarters in Bloomington, Illinois, to collaborate on all things flooring. As a leading web development consulting agency in St. Louis, we strive to provide our clients across the country with the best possible strategies that can help them achieve their business goals.
Both teams kicked off with an opening state of the union and fiscal forecast by owner Mark Weaver. Kim followed up with a fantastic presentation on “what’s in” for retail marketing this year and the ways both Integrity and Carpet Weaver’s can contribute to success in all avenues of UX (user experience) and UI (user interface). A strong UX and UI strategy is essential for success in the retail space, which is why Integrity supports Carpet Weaver’s ability to connect seamlessly with their clients.
To keep up with the latest flooring trends, major brand reps came to share the latest styles and why they’re a benefit for homeowners. Whether it's hardwood, vinyl, laminate, carpet, or tile, every floor can breathe new life into your home. Not only was this a learning opportunity from a client-to-agency perspective but also from location to location. Each Carpet Weaver’s location went through all employees from all locations and took turns as to how they were keeping their stores open.
