Non-profit organizations have their own unique set of needs when it comes to their digital presence. For Every Child's Hope (ECH) – a St. Louis-based non-profit whose site Integrity recently launched – these needs included a website that integrated seamlessly with their fundraising and digital marketing platforms.
They use the non-profit industry leading platforms offered by Blackbaud, and their previous website even used Blackbaud's content management system.
While that CMS made it easy for ECH to accept donations through Blackbaud, it wasn't nearly as user friendly as they needed it to be. We migrated the organization to WordPress and WPEngine, where they can enjoy an easy-to-update, fully responsive experience.
We integrated Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud's fundraising platform, so that ECH can continue to accept their donations through Blackbaud—even while maintaining their website through WordPress. This integration helped make the transition from the old site to the new seamlessly, as ECH didn't need to worry about learning an entirely new fundraising process.
Blackbaud's Online Express also has an email marketing platform, and ECH hoped to be able to match their marketing efforts to the fresh look of their new website. Our UX talent, Aubrey Bryzeal, used Online Express to build an email template with a look and feel consistent with that of the website.
